ARLENE L. MANDELL is a retired English professor now living in the sun-drenched Sonoma Valley, CA. Her work has appeared in more than 275 publications, including The New York Times, The Prose Poem: An International Journal, and Song of the San Joaquin, as well as 10 anthologies.

MARK A. MURPHY was born in England in 1969. He studied philosophy as an
under-graduate and poetry as a post-graduate. His poems have appeared in several magazines and ezines, most recently in The Stinging Fly (Eire), deaddrunkdublin (Eire), The Invisible Fire Journal (US) and nthposition (UK).

LAUREL RANSOM
has previously been published in Zygote in My Coffee and The North Branch. She served as senior editor of North Park University's literary arts
magazine from 2004-2006 and is otherwise new to the poetry scene.

RACHELLE RENKEN is a single parent of two boys residing in NEPA. Her hobbies include reading, writing, gardening, and various arts and crafts. Her poetry has been published in Twilight Times , Café Del Soul , The Dande Review , Underground
Window
and Scorched Earth Publishing . Her poem " Winter's Last Crimson Rose" was  selected as one of the best poems of 2006 by the Cynic Online Magazine .

CHRISTIE ANN REYNOLDS wrote her first poem in second grade. Her poems are influenced by her childhood in the Pine Barrens of Suffolk County, post-feminist ideology, and the small things that cannot count themselves. Christie Ann is currently pursuing a MFA in Creative Writing at The New School Graduate Writing Program and is working on her first collection of poems.

LORI ROMERO' s short screenplay, "Strange Saints," won the Manhattan Short
Film Festival's Screenplay Competition. Her chapbook, "Wall to Wall," was published by Finishing Line Press. Her poetry and short stories have been published in more than sixty journals and anthologies, and she was just nominated for a second Pushcart Prize.

DANIEL WILCOX earned his degree in Creative Writing from Cal State University, Long Beach. He is a former wanderer who has farmed in the Middle East and ranched for a short time in Montana. His writing has appeared in The Other Side Magazine, various poetry journals such as The Centrifugal Eye , Sentinel Poetry Online,
The November 3rd Club , Words-Myth, The Greensilk Journal, The Write Side Up, and Rogue Poetry Review. He has a forthcoming short story about the Middle East in the September issue of The Danforth Review and has published prose in other publications.
